Mislavsky
Mr. Mislavsky, vice president
of Meridian Consulting Group, has over 25 years of experience
in providing project and construction management services
on engineering and construction projects. Part of his expertise
is in managing technically complex projects and in providing
dispute resolution services. Prior to joining Meridian, Mr.
Mislavsky was the principal of a project and construction
management firm and held senior project management positions
on projects with a cumulative value in excess of one billion
dollars. His experience includes public and private sector
projects ranging from infrastructure and environmental remediation
to hospitality and entertainment industries. Mr. Mislavsky's
experience in dispute resolution includes working with attorneys,
evaluating claims of schedule delays and cost impacts, and
providing expert testimony.

(Meridian) is a professional construction consulting firm,
specializing in construction management, construction consulting
services and technical support of construction related litigation
to the Surety Industry. Meridian was formed in 1986, by a
small group of experienced construction professionals with
a commitment to provide responsive, professional services
focused on the needs and expectations of its clients. Meridian's
business goal is to be timely in response, professional in
performance and sensitive to the cost of services provided
and budgets established. Initially, the services provided
by Meridian included project evaluation, cost estimating,
contract negotiation and a full range of project management
services (i.e., change order preparation and analysis, critical
path scheduling, job cost accounting and project closeout
services).
As the company grew, Meridian expanded
its services in response to the needs of its clients. Meridian
has been engaged to write construction specifications, develop
and conduct construction related continuing education and
training seminars, evaluate and manage troubled construction
projects, evaluate contract compliance, monitor environmental
projects, provide expert testimony and litigation support
to a client base that includes over thirty contract Surety's,
the State of Ohio (ODOT, Attorney General's Office, OSU, Ohio
Arts & Sports Facilities Commission and Ohio Department
of Administration), the State of Wisconsin (WisDOT), the State
of Texas (Department of Criminal Justice and Attorney General's
Office) and the Dallas Area Rapid Transit system (DART). Meridian
has worked with numerous law firms nationwide assisting in
the preparation of affirmative and defensive construction
claims.

managers, engineers, accounting and technical support personnel
